Herman L. Falsetti, M.D.

• Dr.Falsetti is a sports medicine legend. He is a board certified cardiologist and has been testing and advising athletes in California for over 20 years. He pioneered heart rate training zones and periodization. His clients include winners of the Hawaii Ironman, Tour de France, as well as, Olympic teams. He has authored over 200 scientific articles and eight books.
